we’re here to re-enchant a disenchanted world.

Disco's mission is to help create a world that exists simply in all its' polarities.
Science, magic - rigor, wonder - skeptic, believer - light, dark - known, unknown.

We are committed to being an experiential space for people to explore the big questions that come with being alive, in a way that feels authentic and not forced.

Disco is as much yours as it is ours. We created it for you, and it can be whatever you want it to be.

Michelle Lamb

Michelle spent 15 years in advertising, designing campaigns and experiences for brands like Target, White Claw, Ben & Jerry's, and Beats by Dre — a career built on understanding human behavior and the way people tick.

Alongside it, she's spent more than twenty years in personal study of consciousness, self-expansion, and theories of existence, a pursuit that began in childhood when the answers she was given about human existence never quite satisfied the questions.

With Disco, Michelle's big vision is to create spaces and experiences for people that re-connects them to the awe and wonder of being alive. It begins here.

Co-Founder · Vision & Partnerships

Together, the couple competed on Season 15 of MasterChef with Gordon Ramsay, and afterward made a decision: stop deferring the life they actually wanted. In 2025 they launched Disco the Podcast, interviewing healers, guides, and people who've lived through their own awakenings — with a lightness and levity the genre badly needed. The show has grown into an engaged international audience and a community for people who want both intellectual rigor and belief in the magic of being human.

They live in Minneapolis with their two young children.

Zach Lamb

Zach, a brand strategist for 15 years — with a foundation in sociology and psychotherapy before that — has spent his career studying how culture shapes our beliefs, beliefs which are themselves far less interesting than the mechanisms by which we come to hold them.

His writing has been featured by Jasmine Bina and The Concept Bureau, and he's appeared as a guest on That Business of Meaning and Unseen/Unknown. His work sits on a simple conviction: people don't walk around thinking about brands or ideas — they're living, feeling, loving, worrying, and celebrating. If you want to reach them, you meet them there.

It started with a podcast.

I mean, of course it did.

Consciousness. Psychedelics. Quantum physics. UAPs. God. Reality. Telepathy. Near Death Experiences. Ancestors. Simulation theory. For real though, wtf is anything?
